The company MALETAS QUERALT, S.A. founded in 1939, with an obvious family character due to the composition of its shareholding, it is dedicated to the design and commercialization of travel articles in the national territory and third countries.

He has always aimed at the quality of the products and the satisfaction of his customers to achieve the long-term success of the company. The design of the products is an essential part to obtain this satisfaction.

To ensure this purpose, it establishes, declares and assumes the following principles:

• Establish a Quality Management System that serves as a framework for the development of this policy.
• The legal requirements and the requirements and expectations of our Clients are the only criteria to establish the quality standard of our Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 Standard.
• The continuous improvement in the efficiency of the management of the System and the quality of the product delivered to the Client, is the result of the preventive thinking that systematically contemplates the risks and opportunities applied to all the processes of MALETAS QUERALT, S.A.
• The Policy that is defined is the frame of reference to establish and periodically review the Quality objectives and ensure the continuous adaptation of the Quality Management System.
• Quality is a task common to all areas of MALETAS QUERALT, S.A. and each of these areas must assume that in turn is a customer and supplier of other departments and people of the company.• Each member of the team of MALETAS QUERALT, S.A. is responsible for your safety and the quality of your work.
• Top management assumes the leadership and commitment in the implementation of the policy and objectives, verifying its effectiveness, promoting improvement and knowledge of the requirements of customers at all levels of the organization.
• Achieves special value as an interested party in the process, the existing relationship of long years of experience and work in common with the external suppliers.
